Maruti Jimny spotted undisguised in Bluish Black colour
Maruti Jimny is due for its launch in May 2023 in India, the SUV has been spotted in its Bluish Black colour for the first time. The carmaker has started dispatching dealership models for showroom display.
This particular Jimny was spotted on the Himalayan Expressway by MotorBeamer Vritant Baweja. The Bluish Black colour looks black from a distance but in some light angles it has a blue hue to it making it look dark blue at times.
The compact SUV will be available in two variants – Zeta and Alpha. It will come in 6 colour options – yellow, red, grey, white, bluish black and Nexa blue.
To be powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated K15B petrol engine that produces 105 PS at 6000 RPM and 134.2 Nm at 4000 RPM. It is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and 4-speed automatic transmission option. Maruti will be offering AllGrip Pro 4WD system as standard.
Some of the safety features include 6 airbags, Brake Limited Slip Differential, ESP with hill hold assist, Hill descent control, rear-view camera, ABS and EBD.
