Maruti eVX Prototype Spotted Interior
It will get a dual screen layout like the latest trend in modern cars

Maruti Suzuki eVX spotted again with more details including interior

Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch their first all-electric car in 2025, some spy shots of the eVX prototype show us a glimpse of the interior.

The test mule has been spotted testing again in Europe. This time around it reveals more details of the car. The overall design looks similar to the concept showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo. The carmaker didn’t reveal the interior of the concept.

This time around you can notice the design of the dashboard in these spy shots. It gets a dual screen setup for the digital cluster and the infotainment system. We have seen this layout in some of the modern cars lately like the Mahindra XUV700, Kia Seltos, etc.

The screens are expected to measure around 10-inch each. Likely to get an all-new cluster interface for the EV which can display multiple information regarding the range, battery status, regen info, etc. The infotainment system is also expected to get a new UI offering more features and better performance.

If you notice carefully, there are some new details like the shark fin antenna that looks like it integrates a rear view camera. The ORVMs have a bump indicating about a 360 degree camera system. The prototype has got frameless wipers as well. The front left fender gets a charging socket. The rear doors get hidden door handles like the Ignis on the c-pillar.

There are some bits that look similar to other Maruti cars like the interior door handle, ORVM design, outer door handles, etc. The alloy wheel design looks basic, we hope the production version gets premium diamond cut alloys. There is a small sunroof on the prototype, we should expect a proper panoramic sunroof in the production version.

Maruti Suzuki revealed some specs of the concept car. It gets a 60 kWh battery with a claimed range of 550 km on full charge. It is expected to come with another entry-level variants with a 48 kWh battery having a range of around 400 km.

The production version is expected to arrive in 2025. There will be a Toyota version as well for this EV.
