Maruti Suzuki has launched the Dream Series editions with additional features
Maruti Suzuki Dream Series Special Editions launched for Alto K10 VXI+, S-Presso VXI, and Celerio LXI, all the models are priced at Rs. 4.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). The carmaker has also announced price reduction of Rs. 5000/- on AGS variants of certain models.
The limited edition Dream Series models will only be available in the month of June 2024. The carmaker is making more features accessible to a wider audience with the introduction of these special editions. This will help them boost the volumes of these hatchbacks to a great extent and eventually improve their overall market share.
The Maruti Alto K10 VXI+ Dream Series is available with reverse parking camera and security system. The Maruti Celerio LXI Dream Series comes with Pioneer multimedia stereo, reverse parking camera and a pair of speakers.
The Maruti S-Presso VXI Dream Series has got the most features including reverse parking camera, security system, a pair of speakers, interior styling kit, wheel arc cladding, body side moulding, side, rear and front skid plate, front chrome grille garnish, back door chrome garnish and number plate frame.
Additionally, Maruti Suzuki has announced a price reduction of Rs. 5000/- for AGS variants of select models such as Alto K10, S-Presso, Celerio, Wagon-R, Swift, Dzire, Baleno, Fronx and Ignis. They want to make the AMT technology more affordable amidst growing demand for automatic transmission vehicles in India.
Maruti Suzuki has recently introduced the new generation Swift and are preparing to launch the CNG variants soon. It will come with 5-speed manual transmission option only. The fuel efficiency of the CNG model is expected to be best in segment. The outgoing version offered 30.9 km/l. The new gen Maruti Swift CNG is expected to return better figures with the updated 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder Z-Series engine.
