Gets 3 new dual tone colour options

Maruti Ciaz update launched with minor changes

Maruti Ciaz has got a new update. India’s largest carmaker has made some changes to the sedan to boost the sales. It comes with new safety features and colour options.

Maruti Suzuki is now offering the Ciaz with Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Hill Hold Assist as standard across all variants. It already comes with dual airbags, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX Child seat anchorage as standard.

Along with this, it also comes with three dual tone colour options now – Pearl Metallic Opulent Red with Black Roof, Pearl Metallic Grandeur Gray with Black roof and Dignity Brown with Black Roof.

However, the dual tone colour option is not available across all variants. It is offered with the range topping Alpha variant. Priced at Rs. 11.14 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the manual version and Rs. 12.34 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the automatic version.

There are no other changes to the sedan. Considering the fact that the competition is way ahead of Ciaz in terms of features and tech, Maruti should consider introducing the next iteration soon.

Honda is preparing to launch the City facelift and Hyundai has also commenced the bookings of the next generation Verna.
