The Mahindra XUV300 comes with good safety kit, including some segment-first features.
Mahindra will launch the new XUV300 in India on 14th February 2019 and now the automaker has released a video which showcases the compact SUV’s safety features.
As seen in the video, the Mahindra XUV300 comes equipped with first-in-segment 7 airbags which includes a driver-knee airbag, all 4 disc brakes, front parking sensors, ESP with Hill Hold Assist, ISOFIX child seat mounts, rear fog lamp and a 3-point seat belt for the middle passenger in the rear seat. It also gets ABS.
The Mahindra XUV300 will be offered with a choice of 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. The petrol engine has a torque rating of 200 Nm, while the oil-burner produces 300 Nm. The vehicle will be offered only with an MT initially, but will later get an AT too.
