An image of the Mahindra TUV300 Plus facelift has found its way to the internet, revealing the fact that the revised multi-utility vehicle pretty much ready and is set to be launched soon.
Changes have been made to the front fascia of the car, as the image reveals, with the vehicle getting a new grille below which sits an slightly wider air dam section with a honeycomb design.
New headlights with integrated DRLs will also be seen on the car along with a revised bumper and restyled fog lamp housing.
Changes are expected to made to the back section of the car as well. The taillights, tailgate and rear bumper are likely to have had some tweaking done on them, while it might get a set of new alloy wheels to compete the makeover.
At least the front design changes might also be carried forward on the TUV300 as well, when that car gets launched in its updated form.
Inside, the Mahindra TUV300 Plus facelift is expected to get an updated infotainment system with latest connectivity options, apart from featuring new interior trim so as to provide the car’s insides a fresh appeal.
Mahindra is expected to introduce the BS6-compliant 2.2-litre diesel engine in the TUV300 Plus facelift and like the BS4 version, it is expected to retain its 120 BHP and 280 Nm power and torque figures.
We do not know if the car will get a petrol engine option, but Mahindra will likely not overlook the shift towards petrol models in the recent months. Gearbox mated to the diesel motor will be a 6-speed unit.
Expect the 9-seater MUV to be packed with features when it gets launched, possibly after the latest generation Thar, in our country.
