Mahindra Thar 4×2 brochure revealed ahead of its launch
Mahindra is all set to launch the Thar 4×2 on 9th January, 2023. The Indian UV maker will update the Thar with new variants, colour options, engine specs and accessories.
As we have revealed recently, the 4×2 Thar will be the new entry-level variant that gets a rear-wheel drive setup. It will come with a smaller 1.5-litre diesel engine producing 118 HP and 300 Nm of torque. It will only be available with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
The 2.0-litre turbo petrol will be offered in the same 152 HP and 320 Nm tune but with only 6-speed automatic transmission option. The 4×4 variants will continue with the same specs having 2.2-litre diesel and 2.0-litre turbo petrol.
The new colour options – Everest White and Blazing Bronze will be offered with both 4×2 and 4×4 variants. There are new accessories on offer as well including red accents graphics.
