The Mahindra Mojo won’t be sold along side other mass-market offerings from the company.
Mahindra launched the Mojo in India in 2015 amidst a lot of hype and fanfare and the product did turn out to be good. However, the Mojo has been facing a lot of competition lately and the company is really looking to increase the appeal of the bike. To do that, Mahindra will introduce new dealerships that will exclusively sell the Mojo. Also, some new variants of the Mojo will be launched.
Mahindra will launch new Mojo outlets that will sell only the Mojo and its accessories. The Mojo will not be sold along side other mass market 2-wheelers like the Centuro and Gusto. Mahindra will also introduce new variants of the Mojo. Some of them like the Adventure Edition, Cafe Racer, etc. were showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo.
Mahindra is developing a low-cost trim of the Mojo too, and it will come with carburettor, telescopic forks, MRF tyres and a single exhaust and this version will be priced much cheaper than the regular Mojo. To build a fan base for the Mojo, Mahindra has been organising many trails and events for Mojo customers.
