On the other hand, the 1.4-litre FIRE petrol engine in the Punto produces 68 PS and 96 Nm of torque. The 1.4-litre petrol engine in the Linea is available in two states of tune, 90 PS & 115 Nm and 125 PS & 208 Nm in the T-Jet variant.
Fiat India needs to launch new cars in the Indian market. The Punto and the Linea have been in the Indian market for quite a long time. The competitors have moved on newer and better cars. It’s true that enthusiasts still swear by the handling of Fiat cars. But, they really need to step up their game and launch new models in the country if they want to improve the presence of their brand in the market.
