The September 2021 least-selling 2-wheelers chart only considers vehicles from the affordable spectrum of the market
Honda’s X-Blade sits at the top(!) of the least-selling 2-wheelers chart for September 2021, having just registered sales of 3 units.
Bajaj Auto’s Dominar 250 could only find 4 buyers this past month. Presumably, people are awaiting the launch of the quarter litre Pulsar and thus have put their purchase on hold.
Third-placed Honda Hornet 2.0 was ridden home by 75 individuals. The CB200X (1387 units) based on the naked bike did much better in comparison.
Husqvarna is still struggling to find footing in the Indian market. Its 250cc models only registered sales of 148 units and occupied fourth place in the September 2021 least-selling 2-wheelers chart.
Up next are 2 products from Japanese firm Suzuki. While its Intruder registered sales of 228 units only, the 250cc Gixxer models found 307 buyers this past month.
Kawasaki’s Ninja 300 was ridden home by 323 new buyers, followed by the Apache RR 310, 337 units of which were retailed by TVS in September.
KTM sold 373 units of the Duke 390 and Bajaj retailed 399 units of the Avenger Street 160 during the same period, completing the bottom 10 list.
