Honda Grazia gets listed among the least-selling 2-wheelers of March 2022
KTM 390 Twins once again became the least-selling 2-wheelers in India in March 2022 under the Rs. 3.5 lakh price segment selling just 1 unit. This is so far the worst performance by the 390s which were once selling over 1,500 units every month.
Bajaj Avenger 220 Cruise became the second lowest selling 2-wheeler registering only 98 units. Even last month it took the second place. Avenger’s performance too comes as a surprise as its sport cousin Pulsar 220 is still rocking the sales chart selling more than 2,500 units.
The Kawasaki Ninja 300 took the third spot selling 103 units. The Kwacker’s poor performance is mostly attributed to its high ex-showroom price. But, it’s expected to pick up pace this month owing to the model refresh.
The Husqvarna Twins and KTM 125 Twins took the fourth and fifth spots owing to high price and availability of better alternatives.
Suzuki Gixxer Twins became the sixth least-selling 2-wheelers of March 2022 selling just 203 units. The lack of sales is mostly attributed to poor reach and after sales service.
The last four spots were occupied by Hondas – X-Blade, CB 300R, Hornet 2.0, and Grazia with each selling just under 400 units. This could be a worrying sign for the brand as it has no issues with reach and service delivery unlike Suzuki.
