Once again multiple 250cc bikes have made it to the June 2021 least-selling 2-wheelers list
Leading the pack of least-selling 2-wheelers in June 2021 is the Suzuki Intruder that registered sales of 20 units.
It was followed by another Suzuki, the Gixxer 250, which only found 42 new homes, while the Honda X-Blade, which came third in the list recorded 91 unit sales.
Fourth-placed Dominar 250 from Bajaj was taken home by 143 individuals in June. Since the motorcycle’s asking price was reduced close to Rs. 17,000/- this month, its fortunes might change.
Husqvarna has not been able to find a lot of buyers for its 250 twins and the same fate continued in June as well. The quarter litre motorcycles could only post 186 unit sales (combined) last month.
The Hornet 2.0 from Honda was ridden home by 247 new buyers in June. The motorcycle’s high asking price has been hurting its chances pretty badly. It must be seen if the arrival of its adventure variant will bring about any positive changes.
Kawasaki sold 258 units of the Ninja 300 this past month, while TVS shifted 315 units of its RR 310 flagship.
The last 2 places of the June 2021 least-selling 2-wheelers chart are occupied by the Bajaj Dominar 400 (347 units) and the Aprilia SR 160 (357 units).
Two electric scooters which have regularly made it to the least-selling 2-wheelers list did a bit better this time around, with the Bajaj Chetak finding 452 takers and the TVS iQube registering 639 unit sales.
