Automakers would not want their 2-wheelers to be featured in the least-selling list in August 2021 or any other month for that matter
Leading the list of least-selling 2-wheelers in August 2021 is the Honda X-Blade which registered sales of only 44 units.
Second-placed Suzuki Intruder found 60 new homes this past month, followed by the Husqvarna 250 twins which collectively registered sales of 145 units.
The Kawasaki Ninja 300 came next with 162 unit sales, while Suzuki retailed only 282 units of the 250cc Gixxers which occupy fifth position in the August 2021 least-selling 2-wheelers chart.
TVS’ Apache RR 310 (refreshed recently for model year 2022) could only find 363 new buyers, and during the same period, a new unit of the Bajaj Chetak was ridden home by 364 individuals.
Eighth place in the least-selling 2-wheelers list for August was occupied by the Hornet 2.0 from Honda. It is likely that the 414 units credited to it also includes the sales figure of the newly launched CB200X.
In the final 2 positions of the list of shame sit the Dominar siblings from Bajaj. Yet again, the Dominar with the higher engine capacity (582 units) did well than the quarter litre variant (440 units).
