Land Rover Defender Convertible – Yay Or Nay?

Land Rover Defender Convertible will attract a lot of eye balls out on the road

Land Rover Defender Convertible from Heritage Customs looks eye catching, specially in this bright yellow paint job. Of course this is not an official convertible from the British brand but it’s not a bad idea either! After all, the previous generation Range Rover Evoque had a cabriolet variant.

This particular example is based on the Land Rover Defender 90 variant, which is the two-door short wheelbase version. It is a one-of-five limited edition coachbuilt SUV.

Here are some of the modifications this car went through – cabriolet transformation, roll cage FIA standards, semi-electric custom soft top and third braking light.

It has got a Sunbeam Yellow exterior paint finish combined with satin black contrasting elements on the hood, fender, ORVMs and the lower-half of the body. They have also used magic metal items in gunmetal finish.

It has also got a unique set of 22-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels that grab your attention instantly from the side profile.

The interior gets leather upholstery in black with diamond stitch pattern and yellow contrasting stitches to match the exterior. You can see this black and yellow theme on the front seats, rear seats, steering wheel, dashboard, armrest and headlining.
