KTM has revealed their smallest ADV bike on their Indonesian website.
After a lot of speculations, rumours and spy shots, the KTM 250 Adventure has finally been revealed. The Austrian brand showcased only the 390 Adventure at the EICMA show but the 250 Adventure was only revealed at their Indonesian website.
The smallest adventure motorcycle from the brand is positioned under the 390 Adventure. In terms of styling, it is a toned down version of its elder sibling and misses out on some features including LED lights, it comes with halogen headlight with LED DRLs.
The KTM 250 Adventure is powered by a 248.8cc engine that develops 30 HP and 24 Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch.
It has a dry weight of 156 kgs. Fuel tank capacity of the bike is 14.5-litres. Gets a seat height of 855 mm. The ground clearance is 200 mm.
Braking is done by 320 mm front disc and 230 mm rear disc and it is equipped with off-road ABS. Suspension travel is the same as 390 Adventure which is 170 mm front and 177 mm rear.
KTM is expected to introduce the 250 Adventure in India next year after the launch of 390 Adventure in the country later this year.
