Kinetic Luna electric is available in two variants and 5 colour options
Kinetic Luna has been launched in the much awaited electric avatar. It is priced at Rs. 69,990/- for the E Luna X1 trim and Rs. 74,990/- for the E Luna X2 trim. All prices are ex-showroom and introductory.
In terms of styling, it has the same bare bones design from the 90s. It looks very basic with the headlight module jutting out, spoke wheels, small digital cluster and rectangular shaped basic rear view mirrors.
It is available in five colour choices – red, blue, yellow, green and black. However, the body panels are all-black, the only colour you will see changing is for the thin metal tube running across the body.
With a 2 kWh battery setup, the Luna electric has a claimed IDC range of 110 km on full charge. It has an electric motor that produces 1.2 kW and 22 Nm of torque. It has a top speed of 50 km/hr. You can charge the scooter in 4 hours with the 10 Amp charger. Payload capacity is 150 kg, you can also remove the rear seat to increase storage.
Some of the key highlights of the Kinetic E-Luna – steel chassis, high focal headlight, digital meter, side stand sensor, saree guard, safety lock, combi braking system, bag hook, grab rail, detachable rear seat, telescopic front suspension, 16-inch wheels, front leg guard and USB charging port.
