Kia celebrating 5th year of operations with the launch of the Gravity Editions in India
Kia India has introduced the Gravity Editions of its popular Sonet, Seltos and Carens models as part of its celebration of five successful years in the Indian market. These limited-edition versions are available in both petrol and diesel variants, featuring unique design elements and enhanced features aimed at offering a more premium experience to customers.
Kia Sonet Gravity Edition
The compact SUV Sonet’s Gravity Edition is offered in three variants: 1.2L-litre petrol with a 5-speed manual transmission, 1.0-litre petrol with a 6-speed intelligent manual transmission and 1.5-litre diesel with a 6-speed manual transmission. Positioned above the HTK+ trim, it brings several cosmetic and feature enhancements.
The Sonet Gravity Edition is available in Pearl White, Aurora Black Pearl and Matte Graphite colours. Some of the distinguishing features include Indigo Pera seats with navy stitching, a leather-wrapped gear knob, a rear spoiler and 16-inch alloy wheels. Inside, Kia has added a wireless phone charger, a front dash camera, 60:40 split rear seats, rear adjustable headrests and a centre armrest with cup holders. The Gravity emblem further sets it apart from standard models.
Kia Seltos Gravity Edition
For the midsize SUV segment, Kia has rolled out the Seltos Gravity Edition in three variants: 1.5L Petrol MT, 1.5L Petrol iVT and 1.5L Diesel 6MT. It is positioned above the HTX variant and comes with a host of added features to enhance comfort and convenience.
Notable upgrades include a dash cam, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, a Bose premium speaker system and an electronic parking brake with auto-hold functionality. The exterior receives 17-inch machined alloy wheels, a glossy black rear spoiler, and body-coloured door handles. Available colour options include Glacial White Pearl and Aurora Black Pearl. Like the Sonet, the Seltos Gravity Edition also features an exclusive Gravity emblem to signify its special status.
Kia Carens Gravity Edition
The Carens MPV’s Gravity Edition is based on the Premium (O) trim and comes equipped with several new features aimed at adding luxury and practicality. The Gravity Edition offers a dash cam, a sunroof, leatherette seat upholstery, a D-cut leather steering wheel, leatherette door trims and armrests, and LED map and room lamps. It also carries the distinct Gravity emblem to highlight its exclusivity.
With the introduction of the Gravity Editions, Kia has added a premium touch to its popular models, enhancing their appeal through a combination of visual updates and additional features. These special editions are available in a selection of striking colours and aim to cater to customers seeking a more distinctive driving experience.
