Kia Seltos gets two new variants GTX+ (S) & X-Line (S)
Kia Seltos GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants launched, priced at Rs. 19.39 lakhs and Rs. 19.59 lakhs (ex-showroom) respectively. Both these variants are available with 1.5-litre diesel and 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine options.
Kia claims that these new variants have been introduced to offer more value and faster deliveries during the festive season. Anticipated reduction in the average waiting period to 7-9 weeks from the previous 15-16 weeks.
These new variants GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) will fill the gap between the HTX+ variant and the GTX+ and X-Line models. These latest variants will come equipped with features like ADAS Level 2 with 17 autonomous features, 18-inch Crystal Cut Glossy Black alloy wheels, Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold and All Black Roof lining. It comes with 6-speaker audio system and a Rear Camera instead of Bose audio systems & the Surround View Monitor.
The 1.5-litre diesel engine produces 116 HP and 250 Nm of torque. It is offered with only 6-speed automatic transmission option with the GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants.
The 1.5-litre turbo petrol unit which produces 160 HP and 253 Nm of torque is offered with 7-speed DCT automatic transmission option with the GTX+ (S) and X-Line (S) variants.
Kia has received 50,000 bookings of the Seltos facelift in just over 2 months since its bookings started. The range topping variants are contributing to 77 percent of the overall bookings.
