Top-selling SUVs In July 2022

MG ZS EV has posted 38 percent growth

In July, 2022, SUV sales, the electric SUVs have posted good growth on the D segment

In July, 2022, SUV sales were on a downward trend with most models witnessing de-growth mostly in double digits. The irony is that they had performed better during the last year’s pandemic. As many as 7 top-sellers have witnessed de-growth.

As usual, Hyundai Creta clinched the top spot, however, with a slight de-growth this time. Selling more than 12,000 units, it sold like nothing else in the segment. The Creta was distantly followed by its cousin, the Kia Seltos.

The Seltos has witnessed good growth. At number 3, Mahindra XUV700 continues to record excellent numbers only hampered by slow production. If Mahindra delivers all orders on time, the XUV700 has all the possibilities of overtaking Creta for the top-spot.
