Jeep Compass 5th Anniversary limited edition will have some cosmetic updates on the outside, other aspects to be retained
Jeep India will soon launch its limited edition Compass christened ‘5th Anniversary’ to mark the 5 years of Compass’ sales in India. It will have some cosmetic updates on the outside while the other aspects will be retained from the existing model.
In its latest teaser, Jeep has mentioned, “Happy 5th Anniversary to the Jeep Compass! Celebrating 5 years of adventure.” The company said it will introduce the fifth anniversary logo and a badge marking the milestone.
In its post, Jeep has specifically mentioned ‘adventure’ multiple times and the limited edition could be based on the 4×4 variants that include the 2.0 Limited 4X4 Opt Diesel AT and the Model S 4X4 Diesel AT.
While nothing much is known as of now, expect the limited edition to be loaded to the brim with features. Just a few months ago, Jeep India launched a new Night Eagle trim of the Compass with a base asking price of Rs. 21.95 lakhs (all prices, ex-showroom) for the diesel variant.
Featuring an all-black theme, the Night Eagle got a gloss-black finish for the grille with unique rings, 18-inch alloy wheels, roof rail, ORVMs, fog lamp bezels, etc.
On the inside, the new trim featured a piano black interior with black cloth/vinyl seats with light tungsten stitching and black vinyl inserts for the door trim.
The features on offer included a 10.1-inch infotainment system, a 7-inch instrument cluster, dual-zone automatic climate control, hill start assist, all-speed traction control system (TCS), electronic stability control (ESC), and electronic parking brake.
