Hyundai makes improvements to middle-variants and above for both Grand i10 and Xcent models to match up to the competition.

The Xcent will have a boot mounted spoiler in its higher priced variants, among other changes

Hyundai has added more equipment to its Grand i10 and Xcent models in order to make them more competitive against rising newer competition. The mid-spec variants of the Grand i10 and the higher-spec trims of the Xcent are better equipped inside and out.

The Magna variant of the Hyundai Grand i10 has roof rails and moulding on the side fitting on the outside. The interiors now feature a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and Hyundai’s iBlue app.

The Grand i10 Sportz, which is a higher-priced variant, will now use LED daytime running lights and a rear spoiler. The interiors now have rear AC vents and the touchscreen infotainment system has been integrated with the iBlue app.

The company has also made styling changes to the higher-priced variants of the Xcent. A boot mounted spoiler now adds to the looks of the SX and SX (O) variants. The compact sedan also features the updated infotainment system and wireless charging.

The Grand i10 Magna variant will now be priced at Rs. 5.69-6.67 lakhs for petrol and diesel variants (manual/automatic transmission). The Sportz edition of the hatchback will cost Rs. 6.00-7.33 lakhs (manual/ automatic transmission).

The Xcent SX will also be competitively priced at Rs. 6.98 lakhs and go up to Rs. 7.90 lakhs for both petrol and diesel variants while the top variant, Xcent SX (O) will be priced at Rs. 7.74 lakhs and Rs. 8.67 lakhs for both petrol and diesel variants.

Hyundai is also offering benefits of up to Rs. 65,000/- on the 83 HP, 1.2-litre petrol Grand i10 and special offers on the 75 HP, 1.2-litre diesel hatchback. For the Xcent, the benefits worth Rs. 90,000/- will be available for both petrol and diesel models.
