Hyundai should launch the Venue N Line in India
The fact that Hyundai is working on providing the Venue a facelift is no secret. As it happens, the brand is also readying the N Line variant of the compact SUV during the same time.
Spotted recently in South Korea, the Venue N Line will have all the changes that the regular model will feature such as a heavily reworked front end and rear section replete with fresh boot lid and tail lamps.
However, it will come with its own distinctive look thanks to red highlights, new wheels, twin tip muffler, and of course, ‘N Line’ badging, which can be seen on the front fender in the recently spotted mule.
In addition, the Hyundai Venue N Line will come with different bumper design and red-coloured brake calipers which will add to the sporty appeal of the model over the regular variants which will be priced lower.
Images of the car’s interior are currently not available, but if the i20 N Line is anything to go by, the Venue N Line will come with leatherette seats, 3-spoke multifunctional steering wheel, leatherette gear knob, ‘N’ logos everywhere and red highlights too.
The Venue N Line should come with all the features offered with the regular model and then some. Similarly, it will also feature the same 1.0-litre turbo-petrol (120 PS and 172 Nm) engine of the regular model.
The transmission options will comprise a 6-speed iMT and 7-speed DCT with paddle shifters, just like the i20 N Line premium hatchback.
It is likely that the N Line model of the 2022 Venue will be introduced in India along with the regular model later this year. But, it will cost a bit more due to its cosmetic enhancements.
