The Hyundai Grand i10 facelift has been spied testing alongside new Tucson ahead of its launch this year in India.
While the Hyundai Tucson launch was confirmed in India after its fantastic response at the 2016 Auto Expo, the Grand i10 facelift has started making news recently. The hatchback has been spied with heavy camouflage that doesn’t reveal its new styling. However, the Grand i10 facelift has been revealed internationally which will be sharing most of the elements with the India spec model, apart from the C-pillar design.
The Hyundai Grand i10 facelift will get sportier bumpers, both at the front and rear. It will also get a new design pattern for the diamond cut alloys. The interiors will get revised upholstery with new colour shades and more spacious seating. The infotainment system will be upgraded to a touchscreen one offering Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The engine options of the updated Hyundai Grand i10 will remain unchanged but might get retuned for better mileage and performance. The new Hyundai Tucson received tremendous appreciation by the Indian audience at the 2016 Auto Expo and hence it is making a comeback to out country with a new generation avatar that looks inspired by the Santa Fe.
The Hyundai Tucson will be positioned between the Creta and Santa Fe in terms of price positioning and will have 5-seat layout. As expected, the SUV will be loaded with an array of features from Hyundai. The Tucson will get powered by a 4-cylinder 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 175 BHP. We expect Hyundai to launch the Tucson near the festive season in India.
