Hyundai Creta and Alcazar Adventure Editions to get new colour
Hyundai has teased new Adventure Edition for the Creta and Alcazar. It gets the new Ranger Khaki colour from the Exter version along with some additional visual updates.
The teaser video shows the Adventure Edition cars driving through a jungle, promoting the rugged appeal of the upcoming special edition.
Along with the new colour, the Adventure Edition models will get black alloy wheels, gloss black accents instead of chrome on the grille, logo and some other panels. It will also get the Adventure badging on the fenders with a small styling element. The special editions will come with contrasting black roof as well.
The interior is likely to be finished in all-black with contrast stitching on the upholstery. It will come with Adventure Edition badging on the seat headrests and door sills. We hope Hyundai offers some additional features as well in this special edition but it is unlikely.
The new special edition will make the models more desirable and boost the sales for the company ahead of the festive season. The Adventure Edition will replace the Knight Edition currently being offered with the Creta.
There will be no mechanical changes. Both the cars will be offered with the same 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine options with manual and automatic transmission choices.
Pricing of the new special edition will be slightly higher than the regular variant. Launch is expected in the next few weeks. How do you like the changes in the Adventure Edition? Let us know in the comments section.
