The Platinum (O) 7-seat diesel AT variant of the Hyundai Alcazar costs Rs. 15,000/- less than the equivalent 6-seat model
Hyundai has introduced the Platinum (O) 7-seat diesel AT variant of the Alcazar at a price of Rs. 19,63,900/- (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Platinum (O) variant is automatic-only and this particular Platinum (O) 7-seat diesel AT is Rs. 15,000/- less expensive than the equivalent 6-seater model.
Hyundai has not introduced a 7-seat Platinum (O) petrol AT variant though. Thus, customers only have the choice to choose between a 6- or 7-seat layout in the mid-spec automatic trim with the diesel variant of the SUV.
In terms of features, apart from missing out on the second-row centre console, the Plationum (O) 7-seat diesel AT is equipped with all the features as the equivalent 6-seater model.
Thus, there will be a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, ambient lighting, 360-degree camera, wireless device charger, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, connected car features, a panoramic sunroof, and more.
Powering the model is a 1.5-litre diesel motor good for 115 PS and 250 Nm of torque. The transmission is a 6-speed automatic.
