The 7-seater petrol AT variant of the Hyundai Alcazar would be a welcome addition
Hyundai looks all set to add a 7-seater petrol AT variant to the lineup of the Alcazar. The Korean carmaker has only offered 6 seats with the 2.0-litre petrol and 6-speed automatic transmission combination until now.
Whereas, the 7-seater petrol model is offered with only the 6-speed manual gearbox in both the base Prestige and mid-spec Platinum grades.
That is all set to change thanks to a new document that has surfaced. It reveals the on-road price of the Creta-based SUV’s new top-spec 7-seater variant in Bengaluru and the price is Rs. 24,96,893/-.
When the Hyundai Alcazar 7-seater petrol AT gets introduced, it would complete the SUV’s petrol range. Hyundai recently added the Platinum (O) 7-seater diesel AT to the car’s list of variants as well.
This new top-spec 7-seater petrol variant of the Alcazar would come loaded with features including a digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, panoramic sunroof, 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels, and more.
Petrol variants of the Alcazar are powered by a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated motor making 159 PS and 191 Nm of torque. The transmission, as mentioned above, is a 6-speed automatic unit.
