Husqvarna Svartpilen 200 leaked which is based on the KTM Duke 200.
Husqvarna is coming up with their smallest capacity street category motorcycle – Svartpilen 200. The bike has been leaked which reveals a lot of details. It is based on the KTM Duke 200.
The 200cc Svartpilen looks very similar to the Svartpilen 401. The only visual differences you would notice are the alloy wheels on the 200, underbelly exhaust and 200 badging on the bike.
The Svartpilen 200 is based on the same steel trellis frame as the Duke 200. It comes with MRF sourced tyres. Suspension setup includes 43 mm upside-down front fork and monoshock at the rear with adjustable preload.
The brakes are also shared with the Duke 200 with 300 mm front disc and 230 mm rear disc with Bybre sourced callipers. The bike is expected to get dual-channel ABS.
The bike is powered by a 199.5cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which is the same Duke 200 unit that produces 25.8 PS of power and 19.5 Nm of torque. This motor is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
It has a 145 mm ground clearance. Some of the features include LED headlight and LCD instrument cluster. The Husqvarna Svartpilen 200 India launch isn’t confirmed yet.
