Honda expands the Navi lineup with the launch of the Navi Adventure and Navi Chrome editions.
What the f…. fun.. that’s the tagline of the Honda Navi and it seems just right for the kind of thrill this motorcycle/scooter offers. A hybrid of sorts, Honda managed to sell 2381 units of the Navi in November 2016 which isn’t great numbers if you ask us. But that doesn’t stop them from launching new versions of their engineered in India bike.
Honda offers three customisation options for the Navi – Colour, Chrome and Adventure and has launched the latter two. Dubbed ‘The Shiny Sparkling Chrome Edition’ and ‘The Wild Untamed Adventure Edition’, these versions of the Navi are based on the black colour of the scooter.
The Honda Navi Chrome Edition is priced at a Rs. 5065/- premium and gets a headlight cover, headlight protector, luggage box, lower side cover, under guard and rear grip. The Honda Navi Adventure Edition is priced at a Rs. 8525/- premium and gets a windshield visor, headlight protector, hand guards, under guard, luggage box, new seat cover, rear grip and new decals.
Powering the Honda Navi is the same 109cc HET engine that powers the Activa, Dio and Aviator scooters, producing 8 BHP of power and 8.96 Nm of torque. The Navi Chrome is priced at Rs. 44,713/- while the Navi Adventure is priced at Rs. 48,173/- (ex-showroom, Delhi). This Honda has no direct rival.
