Honda has revealed the N7X 7-seat concept car in Indonesia today. N7X, says Honda, stands for “New 7-seater eXcitement”.
According to the carmaker, the N7X concept was designed and developed by Honda R&D Asia Pacific based on the results obtained from consumer studies and to promote a lifestyle (presumably among its customers) that balances personal activities and family togetherness.
Honda claims the vehicle is a combination of an SUV and MPV and it shows. On the outside, the N7X has a clean design, with not too many fussy detailing.
Upfront, the upper portion of the grille extends into the headlight cluster, separating the DRL from the main lighting unit. Another DRL sits above the fog lamp housing, while a splitter sits just ahead of the narrow air dam section.
Along the sides, the Honda N7X concept has roof rails, a large greenhouse area, strong shoulder creases and large wheels, while, the rear of the car has split tail lamps, a large tail gate, roof mounted spoiler and a neat little bumper.
Honda also claims the production version of the concept will offer a pleasant driving performance along with the comfort of a premium car, but has not disclosed any specifications as of yet.
