Honda CBF190R street fighter patented in India.
Honda’s 190 series of motorcycles has been exclusive to the Chinese market. Recently they introduced the CBF190X adventure motorcycle and they already have CBF190R and a few more 190 platform bikes.
Interestingly, the Japanese bike maker has patented the Honda CBF190R in India. They don’t have any such bikes currently in their lineup and with a new range of 190 platform bikes, their portfolio could get a new direction in the country.
The Honda CBF190R is powered by a 184cc, single-cylinder, SOHC, air-cooled, fuel injected engine that produces 16 PS at 8000 RPM and 15 Nm of torque at 7000 RPM. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
The bike looks fresh and sporty in terms of styling. Some of the features include LED headlight, upside down gol front forks, all-digital instrument cluster, petal discs, hazard light, ABS, etc.
If Honda considers introducing the CBF190R and CBF190X in India with an aggressive price tag, there will be a lot of takers for the new range of bikes.
