Honda has set a premium asking price for the CB200X
Honda has introduced the CB200X in India with a price tag of Rs. 1,44,500/- (ex-showroom, Gurugram), today in India.
Calling it the urban explorer, Honda has given the 184cc motorcycle distinctive design. It comes with a semi-fairing, knuckle guards, a flyscreen, engine cowl, muscular fuel tank, split seats (seat height is 810 mm), upswept exhaust and a sharp tail.
The CB200X is equipped with full-LED lighting (the front blinkers are integrated in the knuckle guards), a raised handle bar that dictates the upright riding position, and Y-shaped alloy wheels wrapped with knobby tyres.
Available in 3 colour choices such as Matte Selene Silver Metallic, Pearl Nightstar Black, and Sports Red, the CB200X feature a LCD instrument cluster, and a hazard switch.
Powered by a 184cc PGM-FI engine that makes 17 BHP at 8500 RPM and 16.1 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM, the CB200X comes with a 5-speed gearbox.
Sporting an inverted front fork and a rear monoshock, the entry-level adventure-oriented motorcycle also comes with disc brakes at both ends with ABS assist.
While the Honda CB200X price has been announced now, deliveries will only commence from September. Bookings for the motorcycle are being accepted with a token amount of Rs. 2000/-.
