Honda has unveiled the CB190X adventure motorcycle in China which is based on the CB190R.
The Honda CB190X small capacity adventure motorcycle has been unveiled in China which is based on the existing CB190R. Honda hasn’t yet revealed the pricing on the CB190X yet and is likely to announce more details on this motorcycle in September.
Powering the Honda CB190X is a 184.4cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected motor that makes 15.6 HP of power at 8000 RPM and 15 Nm of torque at 7000 RPM. The fuel-tank capacity is 14-litres and Honda claims a fuel-efficiency figure of 45 km/l thus giving the bike a range of around 600 kms on one full tank. The suspension includes standard telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Braking is via disc brakes at both the ends.
Other features include a USB port to charge electronic devices, a tall windscreen, knuckle guards, engine bash plate, crash bars, tail rack and an upswept exhaust.
The Honda CB190X is available in a choice of 4 colours – Red, Yellow, Black, and White. It is highly unlikely that Honda will launch the CB190X in India but if they do, it could fill in the void left by the Pulsar AS 200.
