The Honda CB Unicorn 150 ABS has been launched at a price of Rs. 78,815/-.
Honda has updated its 150cc commuter motorcycle, the CB Unicorn with a single channel ABS unit to comply with the mandatory CBS/ABS deadline issued by the government. The ABS-equipped 150cc commuter motorcycle is priced at Rs. 78,815 /- (ex-showroom, Delhi), which makes it costlier by Rs. 6500/- than the non-ABS version of the motorcycle. The motorcycle also comes with tubeless tyres after the update.
The bike remains greatly unchanged and continues to be powered by the same 149.2cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 12.91 BHP at 8000 RPM and 12.80 Nm of torque at 5500 RPM. The single-channel ABS unit is effective on the front wheel, which features a disc brake set up, whereas the rear wheel continues with a drum brake unit. With the update, the CB Unicorn 150 is better equipped than its rivals, like the Bajaj Pulsar 150.
The motorcycle continues to be offered in Silver, Red and Black colour options. The Honda CB Unicorn 150 was briefly discontinued in 2015, in an attempt to replace it with a 160cc version of the motorcycle. The non-ABS variant of the bike will continue to be sold until stocks last or until April 2019 deadline.
