Honda has launched the “Special Edition” Amaze with a starting price tag of Rs. 7 lakhs (all prices, ex-showroom) for the petrol MT variant.
This launch marks the beginning of Honda Cars India’s festive season campaign. The special edition car is based on the “S” trim of the compact sedan and can be had in both petrol and diesel versions and MT and CVT transmission options.
Costing Rs. 12,000/- more than the corresponding regular version, the Honda Amaze Special Edition price gets customers some new features such as a 7-inch Digipad 2.0 touchscreen, new seat covers, sliding armrest for the front passengers, new body graphics and an emblem to mark that it is not the regular version.
According to Honda, the S trim is one of the highest-selling variants of the compact sedan and the firm hopes that the new special edition will be received well by customers.
While the Honda Amaze Special Edition price is not very high in comparison with the regular S variant, it is to be seen of customers see it as a good value proposition.
