The Honda Amaze Privilege Edition has been launched in India, it comes with additional features.
Honda has launched a special edition variant of the compact sedan Amaze, christened the Amaze Privilege Edition. The Honda Amaze Privilege Edition comes equipped with more features. On the outside, the sedan gets a Privilege Edition emblem/sticker on the boot lid and side body graphics. Inside the cabin, the vehicle gets Privilege Edition themed premium beige colour seat covers, a centre armrest for the driver and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system (Digipad) with Navigation.
The Digipad system is Android-based and features an in-built satellite linked 3D Navigation system, an internal storage capacity of 1.5 GB, MirrorLink support and Bluetooth connectivity. This infotainment system is also iPod or iPhone compatible and features 2 USB slots, 2 microSD slots and an HDMI-IN port.
The Honda Amaze Privilege Edition also comes with rear parking sensors and it is based on the S(O) MT variant that also features dual airbags, ABS (in the diesel variant), power adjustable ORVMs, steering-mounted controls, driver seat height adjuster and dual-tone interiors.
The Honda Amaze Privilege Edition is priced at Rs. 6,48,888/- for the petrol variant and Rs. 7,73,631/- for the diesel variant (all prices, ex-showroom, New Delhi) that is just Rs. 10,000/- costlier than the S(O) MT variant.
The Honda Amaze rivals the Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Xcent, Volkswagen Ameo and Tata Tigor.
