Hero Xtreme 200S 4V is available in Moon Yellow, Panther Black Metallic and Stealth Edition
Hero Xtreme 200S 4V launched with a price tag of Rs. 1,41,250/- (ex-showroom). The motorcycle now gets 4 valve tech that offers better performance.
In terms of styling the new Xtreme 200S 4V looks more or less the same. However, the Indian two-wheeler maker has offered new graphics along with new colour options – Moon Yellow, Panther Black Metallic and Stealth Edition.
It gets new split handlebar setup along with updated rider ergonomics. Hero claims it improves agility and offers sharp handling. It also has a shorter wheelbase and a reduced trail for sporty dynamics according to the bike maker.
The new 200cc 4 valve oil-cooled OBD2 and E20 compliant engine now produces 6 percent more power and 5 percent more torque. The engine now has an output of 19.1 PS at 8000 RPM and 17.35 Nm torque at 6500 RPM. Hero has improved the transmission as well with better gear ratios to enhance the performance.
The Hero Xtreme 200S 4V gets 7-step adjustable mono-shock suspension and 130 mm wide radial rear tyre. It now comes equipped with front and rear petal disc brakes along with single channel ABS.
The fully digital LCD instrument cluster offers features like Gear Indicator, Eco-Mode indicator, Service Reminder, Trip meter and smart-phone connectivity with Turn-by-Turn navigation.
