Hero has showcased the Xtreme 1.R Concept at EICMA revealing the new design direction.
The ongoing EICMA show in Milan, Italy has some cool new bikes on display. Hero MotoCorp is exhibiting the Xtreme 1.R Concept at the show. It is a sneak-peek at the next generation of the Xtreme brand.
The concept looks sharp and aggressive with a youthful design appeal. The new styling is expected to be used for future Xtreme products. The concept is well-equipped with high-end tech. It gets LED headlight and tail light.
According to the bike maker, the Xtreme 1.R Concept design is inspired by the precision of an arrow. Hero is focusing on the performance and handling aspect of the bike.
The concept showcases upside down forks for its handling characteristics. The kerb weight of the bike is under 140 kgs. It is based on the X platform of Hero’s 200cc bikes.
While the Xtreme 1.R Concept looks fresh for the Indian two-wheeler brand, it appears inspired from the Apache 200 race spec bike and somehow the Yamaha FZ-25 with its headlight design.
While the concept looks promising, we don’t expect the production version to be revealed anytime soon.
