Hero Passion XTec price goes up to Rs. 78,990/- (ex-showroom, New Delhi) for the top-end disc variant
Hero MotoCorp has launched the all-new Passion XTec for a price starting from Rs. 74,590/- (ex-showroom, New Delhi). It’s based on the existing Passion Pro but with a host of feature additions and electronics.
While Passion XTec looks almost similar to that of the Passion Pro, it gets a new projector LED headlight which is first in its segment. Hero claims that the headlight has 12 percent longer beam than a conventional halogen lamp.
On the styling front, the motorcycle has chromed 3D branding and rim tape on wheels. The term ‘XTEC’ is written in bold on both the sides of the tank. The bike gets an all-new full-red shade with silver detailing.
The Passion XTec features a full-digital speedometer console with blue back light. It offers Bluetooth connectivity, phone call alerts with caller name, missed call and SMS notifications, and an integrated USB charging port.
It also displays phone battery percentage, real-time mileage indicator, service schedule reminder, and low-fuel indicator.
Power comes from a 110 cc BS-VI compliant engine that exerts 9 HP at 7500 RPM and 9.79 Nm at 5000 RPM. It features the i3S technology for better fuel efficiency.
On the safety front, the bike gets a side-stand visual indication and a side-stand engine cut-off unit. Additionally, it comes with an option of disc brake and a combi braking system.
