Hero MotoCorp Showcases New Bikes At EICMA

New engine for the Xpulse and Karizma XMR, while an all new Xtreme 250R!

For EICMA, Hero MotoCorp has showcased an all-new 250cc engine for the Karizma XMR and Xtreme lineup. These motorcycles once in production will be closing in the gap between the flagship Hero Mavrick 440 and rest of the motorcycles. Alongside, the 210cc engine has been put across on the Xpulse making it more powerful with a design update as well. While the only electric scooter, Vida has also been showcased with a subtle change overall.

Hero Xpulse 210

The Hero Xpulse 210 is an adventure-focused motorcycle featuring a new 210cc single-cylinder 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine, producing approximately 24.6 BHP and 20.7 Nm of torque, providing a balanced power output for both off-road and urban rides. The model includes a redesigned chassis and enhanced suspension travel of 210 mm upfront and 205 mm at the rear to better absorb rough terrain. Additionally, it features dual-channel switchable ABS for safer braking yet more fun, a 4.2 TFT display with smartphone connectivity, and a new LED headlamp, catering to riders who appreciate versatility in different riding conditions.

Hero Xtreme 250R

The Hero Xtreme 250R introduces a fresh 250cc single-cylinder engine delivering around 30 BHP and 25 Nm of torque, aiming to bring a refined yet responsive performance. The motorcycle comes with full LED lighting, a digital instrument panel, and dual-channel ABS, which enhance its urban usability and safety. With its sporty design and improved suspension setup, the Xtreme 250R targets riders seeking a balance between everyday practicality and spirited weekend rides in the quarter-liter segment.

Hero Karizma XMR 250

The Karizma XMR 250, Hero’s sports-focused model, also employs the new 250cc engine platform, tuned to generate about 30 BHP and 25 Nm of torque. This fully faired motorcycle is designed for a sport-touring experience, with an ergonomic riding position aimed at comfort during longer rides. Features include an aerodynamic body with new winglet design, full LED lighting, advanced dual-channel ABS with switchable modes, and height adjustable winglets, appealing to those who prioritize both performance and styling in a mid-segment sports motorcycle.

Hero Vida Z

Hero’s Vida Z represents the brand’s progress into electric mobility, designed primarily for urban commuting. Equipped with a mid-power electric motor, it produces approximately 20 Nm of instant torque, offering quick acceleration ideal for city rides. The Vida Z includes swappable batteries to extend range flexibility and comes with a digital dashboard that supports app-based connectivity. Built with eco-friendly materials and optimized for convenience, the Vida Z reflects Hero’s focus on sustainability within urban transportation solutions.
