Hero Karizma XMR teased, Hrithik Roshan back in action to promote the bike
Hero MotoCorp has officially teased the new generation Karizma XMR for the first time. The Indian bike maker has roped in Hrithik Roshan to do the promotions of the new gen motorcycle after the first iteration gained tremendous popularity with his TVC.
Hero has posted two teasers of the bike. One is a dark image of the bike in a glass cube revealing the sporty silhouette of the motorcycle. Another is a side profile teaser which reveals most of the styling details as we brighten up the image.
It will get a twin pod LED headlight up front, new all-digital instrument cluster, clip-on handlebar with new switchgear design, muscular fuel tank, split-seat setup, LED tail light, side mounted exhaust setup, etc.
Hero will be offering front and rear petal disc brakes on their new flagship motorcycle. The bike maker is expected to come up with a new 210cc liquid cooled engine producing around 25 BHP and 25 Nm of torque. It will come with a 6-speed gearbox. More details will be revealed closer to the launch.
Launch is scheduled for 29th August. Hero expects the new Karizma to gather a lot of bookings ahead of the festive season. It will compete with the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 and Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.
