Goodyear has launched its latest tyre called Assurance TripleMax in India that reduces braking distances by more than 2 meters on wet roads and delivers improved wet grip, control and braking ability.
All of us are aware of the various difficulties and uncertainties one has to encounter while driving on Indian roads. A few of these uncertainties that include wet road conditions, rough surface conditions, unforeseen pot holes, speed bumps and breakers and pedestrians crossing the road unexpectedly can cause damage to property and life in different circumstances. Having good tyres on your vehicle can sometimes save one from the thin lines that stands between life and death.
In line with this, Goodyear in India has just rolled out the Assurance TripleMax, the first tyre that features Goodyear’s latest HYDROGRIP Technology which delivers maximum grip to drivers for added assurance. The new range of Goodyear tyres reduces braking distance by more than 2 metres on wet roads, as compared to other tyres in the market today providing better grip as well. Designed especially for mid and premium passenger vehicles, keeping the Indian road conditions and local consumer needs in mind, the new Goodyear Assurance TripleMax tyre provides drivers with increased peace of mind and power braking, particularly when driving in the rain or on wet roads.
HYDROGRIP Technology provides an improved amount of grip with the help of an innovative new tread compound, maximum control via a much larger surface area, which means there will be more rubber on the road and maximum braking ability by way of biting edges with large block elements. When all of the above are combined, the result is a much safer and comfortable ride for a car’s inhabitants. The new tyre is available in 14 and 16-inch rim diameters, in multiple sizes and is available for a wide range of mid-sized passenger vehicles.
In addition to significantly increasing grip and shortening braking distances, the Goodyear Assurance TripleMax tyre is developed with two other key consumer needs in mind; an increase in fuel savings, by reducing the tyre’s rolling resistance and a high level of tyre durability, that is achieved by reinforced and stronger carcass cords and stress free internal components.
