Ford India has revised prices and variant structure of the new Fiesta. The company has eliminated quite a few variants from the Fiesta range and will now keep the only six variants of the Fiesta on sale. The two petrol variants of the Ford Fiesta are the Ambiente and Titanium +, while the diesel and petrol automatic versions are available in Style and Titanium+ variants. The starting price of the 2012 Ford Fiesta range is Rs. 7.23 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi), which will certainly bring more people to consider the new Fiesta. The base diesel Fiesta Style variant and base petrol Automatic Style variant are priced at Rs. 8.99 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The other variants of the Ford Fiesta will not have any change in features with the Style and Titanium+ variants continuing to offer what they earlier did. The Titanium+ variant of the Fiesta Automatic offers leather seats as an extra over the manual variant. The petrol manual variant of the Fiesta delivers 16.86 km/l, the diesel delivers 23.5 km/l, while the PowerShift Automatic delivers 16.97 km/l (all figures are ARAI certified). Now Ford can look forward to increase in sales of the Fiesta, which was priced quite optimistically earlier.
