Ford EcoSport Titanium AT launched, priced at Rs. 10.66 lakhs (ex-showroom). With the introduction of AT in this trim, automatic transmission becomes more affordable now in the EcoSport.
Until now AT was available only with the range topping Titanium+ trim. It is priced at Rs. 11.56 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The 6-speed torque converter automatic unit is mated to the updated 1.5-litre BS6 petrol engine. It produces 122 PS at 6500 RPM and 149 Nm of torque at 4500 RPM. It returns a fuel efficiency of 14.7 km/l.
The Titanium AT comes with cruise control, steering mounted paddle-shifters, push start/stop, touchscreen infotainment system with navigation among other standard features offered with the Titanium trim.
In terms of safety, Ford is offering dual front airbags, traction control system, electronic stability control and hill launch assist.
The compact SUV is equipped with FordPass connected car tech. You can control features like engine start, stop, lock or unlock remotely via the app.
The American carmaker is offering 3-year or 1,00,000 km standard warranty with the EcoSport. It has service intervals of 10,000 km.
Now you can also book Ford cars online just like most other cars these days. As customers are not willing to move out of their homes, they can select, book and avail door-step delivery of Ford cars.
The Ford EcoSport competes with Maruti Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon and the likes. Kia Sonet will soon join the bandwagon with festive season launch.
