Fiat has confirmed that the Avventura crossover will be launched on 21st October. It will be available in two petrol variants and three diesel variants.
We bring you the complete details about the features available in each variant of the Fiat Avventura –
Fiat Avventura Active – The Active is the base variant available with both petrol and diesel engines. It gets central locking, auto door lock, Fire Prevention System, immobilizer, rear fog lamps, body cladding, roof rack, spare wheel mounted on tail gate, dual tone dashboard, rear parcel shelf, manual AC, foldable key with boot release, electric boot release button, front power windows, height adjustable front headrests, tilt steering, 12V power socket, clock, digital instrument cluster, mileage indicator, seat belt warning light, tachometer, compass and inclinometer, 16-inch alloys and double folding rear seats.
Fiat Avventura Dynamic – The Dynamic variant is also available with both petrol and diesel engines. It comes with ABS (diesel only), exact door open indicator, body coloured ORVMs, front fog lamps, fabric insert on door trims and arm rest, boot lamp, electrically adjustable ORVMs, rear power windows, height adjustable driver’s seat, MP3 and FM player, USB and aux-in ports and external temperature display apart from the features of the Active variant.
Fiat Avventura Emotion – The Emotion variant is available only with the diesel engine. It gets all the above features plus dual front airbags, passenger airbag deactivation, 3-point seat belts with pre-tensioners, height adjustable front seat belts, ambient lighting on dashboard, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, rear defogger, wiper and washer, rear 60:40 split seat, Blue&Me, voice recognition, SMS readout and steering-mounted audio controls.
Fiat has loaded the mid variants quite well but surprisingly there are no airbags or ABS on the petrol version. With Fiat not offering the Emotion trim on the petrol Avventura, we can expect the company to bring the T-Jet engine in the crossover in the near future. The car is expected to be priced between Rs. 7.5 to 10 lakhs (on-road, Mumbai). It competes against the Toyota Etios Cross, Volkswagen Cross Polo and Ford EcoSport.
