As petrolheads, we really enjoy keeping our vehicles clean and shiny, don’t we? Most of us get our vehicles washed locally while many of us also tend to wash them ourselves once in a while. It feels very satisfactory to see your car squeaky clean! We recently got a chance to sample the Dylect Ultra Flow and Ultra Force high pressure car washers.
These pressure washers are quite compact and easy to use. They come with neatly packaged child parts and the whole assembly takes less than 15 mins. These are pretty straightforward to attach and once everything is assembled, all you have to do is attach the pressure washer to a source of water which could be running tap or a large bucket. You also need to connect it to a power source.
These pressure washers come with adjustable nozzles. You can have a sharper and stronger throw of water for underbody cleaning and even for the alloys, while for the body panels you can adjust the flow to make it a little smoother. Make sure you don’t spray water on your body parts when the nozzle is at the sharpest setting.
Inside the box you also get an attachment for liquid soap and you can attach that to the nozzle too. The liquid soap blends with the water and sprays a good layer of foam on your car. Once done, you can simply remove the soap dispenser and clean your car with clear water.
The Dylect Ultra Flow has a pressure of 120 bars and the flow rate is 6.5-litres per minute. The Ultra Force has a pressure of 200 bars and the flow rate is 7.5-litres per minute. The water consumption is a little high compared to your traditional wash so ensure you don’t waste water.
The smaller Dylect Ultra Flow retails for Rs. 4499/- online while the bigger Ultra Force retails for Rs. 6499/-. How many of you have used such a pressure washer for your cars and bikes? How has your experience been?
