The Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 has been launched in India, is priced at Rs. 8.52 lakhs.
Ducati has expanded the Scrambler family with the launch of the Scrambler Mach 2.0 in India at a sticker price of Rs. 8.52 lakhs (ex-showroom). The bike’s name is inspired by a bike that made Ducati and motorcycling, history in the 1960’s. The Italian automaker had launched the Mach 1 250, back in 1965. ‘Mach’, in fact, is the unit of measurement for supersonic speeds.
The Ducati Scrambler Mach 2.0 features a paint scheme created by the renowned designer from California, Roland Sands, with colours that evoke the classic West Coast style of the 1970’s. It also features a low-slung tapered aluminium handlebar, dedicated Flat Track Pro seat, black exhaust and cylinder covers and a cafe racer styled brushed cooling fins.
The Scrambler Mach 2.0 is powered by an 803cc twin-cylinder Desmodue motor with fuel-injection that produces 73 HP at 8250 RPM and 67 Nm of torque at 5750 RPM. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Scrambler Mach 2.0 gets a 14-litre fuel-tank and tips the scales at 186 kgs (wet weight). The motorcycle is available for delivery across all 7 Ducati dealerships in India.
