The Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer has been launched in India and is priced at Rs. 9.32 lakhs (ex-showroom pan-India). The Scrambler Cafe Racer is an addition to the Scrambler lineup and boasts of typical cafe racer styling.
The bar-end rear-view mirrors, seating position, seat setup and clip-on handlebar are all true to the typical cafe racer styling. Powering the Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer is an 803cc Euro-4 compliant, twin-cylinder, air and oil cooled engine that produces 73 HP of power at 8250 RPM and 67 Nm of torque at 5750 RPM. This motor comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer sits on a tubular steel trellis frame. The suspension is 41 mm upside down Kayaba forks at the front and an adjustable monoshock at the rear. Braking duties are via a 330 mm disc with Brembo callipers at the front and a 245 mm disc at the rear. ABS is standard on the Scrambler Cafe Racer.
The Scrambler Cafe Racer is shod with 17-inch wheels that are wrapped in 120 section (at the front) and an 180 section (at the rear) Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres. The Scrambler Cafe Racer gets a 13.5-litre fuel-tank and tips the scale at 172 kgs (dry).
Other features on the Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer include a steel tank with interchangeable side panels, LED light-guide with painted fairing, gold painted alloy wheels, LED tail-light, LCD instrument cluster with interchangeable aluminium cover, dedicated side number plate, cafe racer styled seat and a mobile charging socket under the seat.
The Scrambler Cafe Racer is available only in a Black Coffee colour across all Ducati dealerships in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Kochi.
