Ducati Panigale V2 Bookings Open Ahead Of August Launch

Ducati Panigale V2 bookings have begun ahead of the superbike’s launch in our country by August-end.

Customers can visit the nearest Ducati dealership to book the bike for Rs. 1 lakh. Incidentally, this will be the first BS6 Ducati bike to be launched in India.

The Panigale V2, Ducati says, is an all-new motorcycle and will become the entry-level model, if you can say that!, into the Panigale superbike family.

The Ducati Panigale V2 will effectively replace the Ducati 959 Panigale. It will be powered by a 955cc, twin-cylinder engine producing 155 HP at 10,750 RPM and 104 Nm of torque at 9000 RPM and it weighs 176 kg.

Unlike the outgoing model, the Panigale V2 features a single-sided aluminium swingarm. With the compact twin-cylinder Superquadro engine, the bike is visibly leaner and less intimidating than the Panigale V4.

Earlier, in our 14th July news round-up, we had revealed that some dealers had started accepting bookings for the bike. Now, Ducati has come up with an official announcement on the same.

Ducati Panigale V2 bookings will be accepted till the current stocks last and deliveries will begin soon after its launch.

Ducati is confident the bike will do well in the market and claims that it was hit with overwhelming enquiries from prospective customers.

The Panigale V2 will be available on display across all Ducati dealerships in Delhi – NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Kolkata, and Chennai.

Test rides for the new Panigale V2 will also begin shortly after the launch under the “Ducati Cares” program which will ensure the practice of all safety measures, no thanks to COVID-19.
