Ducati has introduced Hypermotard 950 RVE and SP in India.
The Ducati Hypermotard 950 comes with a starting price of Rs. 12.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). The entry-level version is the RVE while the top-spec trim is called SP, which is priced at Rs. 16.24 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The Italian premium motorcycle maker hasn’t introduced the standard variant of the bike. The RVE gets a graffiti livery which is inspired by the Hypermotard 950 Concept presented in 2019 at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.
The SP variant gets MotoGP inspired colours and also gets more/better equipment compared to the RVE variant.
Powering the bike is a 937cc Ducati Testastretta twin-cylinder engine that produces 114 HP at 9000 RPM and 96 Nm at 7250 RPM. It comes with a 14.5-litre fuel tank capacity.
There are three riding modes on offer – Sport, Touring and Urban. The Italian bike maker is offering a range of electronics with the bike including Bosch Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Ducati Quick Shift up/down, etc.
The Ducati Multimedia System lets riders take incoming calls, select and listen to music tracks or receive text messages via a Bluetooth link. It has a TFT display that shows all the information including the details from your smartphone.
