The Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini has been revealed as a limited edition homage to celebrate the technology and style of the two Italian marques.
Limited to only 630 units, because Lamborghini was founded in 1963, I know it beats me as well, the eye-catching motorcycle has been doused with design elements from the Lamborghini Sian FKP 37.
It features carbon fibre air intakes (restyled), radiator, silencer, tank covers and front and rear mudguards, while those gorgeous wheels are lightweight forged items.
Furthermore, design elements such as “Y” details can be seen on the saddle, while the exhaust outlets are hexagon-shaped.
The bike’s livery, a combination of Lamborghini and Ducati style, is a colour contrast of Gea Green bodywork, Electrum Gold frame, undertail and wheel rims, while the brake calipers are painted in Ducati Red.
What’s more, owners can also purchase a special jet-style helmet with coordinated graphics, designed by Centro Stile Ducati, along with the motorcycle.
However, underneath all these exquisite changes is the familiar 1262cc Testastretta engine that is now Euro 5-compliant and makes 162 HP at 9500 RPM and 129 Nm at 7500 RPM.
Fully adjustable Öhlins suspension, Ducati Power Launch, cruise control, backlit handlebar switches, a 3.5-inch TFT display, Ducati Quick Shift and Ducati Multimedia System all come as standard on the bike, among other features.
To be available from the end of December 2020 at Ducati dealerships overseas, the asking price of the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini has not been revealed yet.
